Room has a large convection/toaster oven (large enough for a roast or frozen pizza), large mini-fridge ( 2 door, 4.5 cu ft) and a a microwave. You will have full use of laundry. Available August 1st. It will be just the two of us living here. Quiet and low key living environment. Guests are fine (even overnight) as long as it isn't frequent. Driveway parking.

Very nice house, safe, quiet, upscale neighborhood in desirable area with great freeway access and lots of stores, medical, etc in the immediate area. Right off the 202 near I-10. Close to Wild Horse Casino, lots of shopping, parks, hiking, golf.

Looking for someone clean, quiet and considerate. I'm a quiet, clean respectful male with an exceptionally well behaved medium sized dog that rarely barks. A smaller, very calm and/or older dog or non-destructive cat would be considered.
