Looking for a sublet from now through July 26 in a 2x2. Private bathroom and walk in closet, fully furnished. There is a pool, gym, grills, and lots of other cool amenities. Parking is $40 a month. There is included WiFi, air conditioning, and trash butler service. Electric & water are separate, and is using around $50-$70 a month. One other roommate, friendly young female with a cat who is also friendly and gets along with other cats.
