Each of the three bedrooms has Alexa-enabled outlets, locking doors and windows, ceiling fan with lights, closets, and window blinds. Whole house heating and air conditioning (recently inspected and maintained). Whole house 10-stage water filtration (for real!). Parking is on property and in hidden view from the road. Free secured Wi-Fi. Very short drive, about less than 3 miles, to Fort Huachuca. Fire pit in the yard, perfect for campfires and grilling or snacks and drinks. All common areas are shared, including washer and dryer. Each room has clothes drying rack (also great for towels). NOTE: currently one (1) bedroom available at $625, rooms are nearly identical in size and design, slightly different layout. Full house length of porch deck at back side of house with awning. Non-smokers preferred.
