Crystal City Private Bedroom Private Bathroom

Hi there, I am renting one private bedroom with a private bathroom in a 2b2b apartment. The available date is 3/14/2022 - 04/14/2023.

PROS:
The neighborhood is safe and convenient. Restaurants and convenience stores are around.
The room is unfurnished and clean (we just did a full set of move-out cleaning). You don't need to share a room or share a bathroom.
The rent is $1000 monthly including utilities. The deposit is one month's rent.

CONS:
Parking is $100 a month. You would need to add my name to your car insurance to get the parking access card. After you get the card, you can remove my name. Please don't ask if it doesn’t work for you. If you don’t need parking, that’s perfect.
The laundry room is on each floor, $2.5 per wash/dry.

What we are looking for:
I am looking for an ideal roommate who is a professional, quiet, clean, organized person.
We prefer someone no-cook/easy cook and has a regular stable on-site job.
No couples, no pets.

About us:
There is a young professional couple living in the other room of the apartment who are also quiet and clean people. We respect our roommates and do not disturb each other.
