The room for rent is upstairs across from the room I use as an office. My partner and I would be the only other roommates. We have two dogs, a 5yr old pit mix and a 15yr old cheweenie. And one cat. The home is a duplex, townhome style. Yard space in the front and back and there is an attached garage. Upstairs has its own full bathroom. Window in the bedroom looks out to the backyard. The home is furnished but the bed and bath would be vacant. We’re very close to the mall and lake Fayetteville.
