The Links at Jonesboro, apartment is 2br/2ba with 1 available room. Kitchen and living room at shared. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet. Access to gym,, golf course, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts.

I am a bit of a hermit, I tend to stick to my room and am generally a quiet person. An introvert. I tend to be a night-owl and can keep odd hours. I am legally disabled but have never missed rent or utilities.

An application fee of 30 dollars must be paid to the Links office via money order when you apply, this covers the cost of a background check.

Rent is 400 (800 split down the middle) due between the first and the third of the month. The current lease lasts until August after which they may choose to increase the rent. Utilities tend to run between 90-120 given the time of year (45-60 if split down the middle). Internet is (currently) 84.26 a month (42.13 split down the middle) so roughly around ~500 would be the cost per month for rent but this will vary with utility usage.

I ask you to clean up after yourself, smoking is only permitted outdoors (per the Links rules), a pet incurs an additional pet deposit and an additional monthly cost added to rent which will be your responsibility to cover. Mailboxes on site, only one key of which I don't have any issues sharing. I don't care if you have friends over or have parties as long as you don't violate the rules established in the lease.

As long as you clean up after yourself, respect the property in addition to myself and pay your rent and agree to the lease then I really don't mind what you do- it's not my business. No discrimination on any account, again, it's not my business. Keeping the place relatively clean, getting the bills paid on time, and mutual respect are my only requirements. A stress free living experience is what I'm looking for. I've yet to be late on a payment in my multiple years here and aim to keep it that way.
