Small room, small house, but affordable

I'm an iconoclast and allergic to close contact with "normies". But if you are self-aware, considerate, and communicate w/ openness & good will, this could be good. I'm not absolutely against more pets but already have a Siamese cat and 2 chihuahuas, so the likelihood of any random animal working out is small. Space is small so social compatibility is a must. I'm putting this out knowing that *most* people i would not want to live with in this situation. When i posted previously, people who did not remotely fit my criteria, contacted me because they just wanted a cheap place to live. They were all males so, while a compatible male would be fine with me, the likelihood of this seems much smaller to me than for a female.
Personally, some compatible company would be welcome. I went legally blind in one eye recently and am looking for someone who could help out if i need surgery or lose the sight in my other eye.
Have a car that i only drive a few times a week that would be available to someone trustworthy. I previously said there was no privacy but then i realized that the attic (carpeted, no furniture) could serve as a bedroom as well, which would be fairly private.
