I’m looking for a third roommate in a Duplex located barely in the city of Centerton, it’s just blocks from Bentonville city limits (near Greenhouse Road and 14th St.). Available Nov 1st

$725/mo includes rent, utilities, high speed Internet/Wi-Fi, and all cleaning supplies (not including laundry supplies).

I have an unfurnished room for rent. I also have a fully furnished living room and kitchen that are the common areas.

You Must be pet friendly, and LGBTQIA+ friendly (I have two cats). NO trump apologist/supporters!!

Must pay for a background check.
Deposit considered on a case by case basis.
Pets considered on a case by case basis and will require a non refundable pet deposit of $300

I am 420 friendly, and have my medical marijuana card. All smoking to be done outside.
