I’m looking for a third roommate in a Duplex located barely in the city of Centerton, it’s just blocks from Bentonville city limits (Greenhouse Road and 14th St.).

$700 a mo includes rent, utilities, high speed Internet/Wi-Fi, and all cleaning supplies (not including laundry). Plus access to several streaming sites Hulu, Disney+, HBOMax.

Furnished room, shared Bathroom, also a fully furnished living room and kitchen that are the common areas. W/D, street parking.

You Must be pet friendly, and LGBTQIA+ friendly (I have two cats).
