I’m looking for a clean, respectful, easygoing roommate for a 3-month stay, with the possibility of extending beyond the initial 3 months if we’re both happy with the arrangement.

One important thing: I’m specifically looking for someone who is typically out of the house during the evening/night, ideally someone who works nights or has a schedule that keeps them out of the house during those hours. I really value having privacy and personal space at home, so I think an offset schedule would make for the best living situation for both of us. I’m also regularly out of the house during the day and typically go out at night 3–4 times a week, so there should be plenty of time for us both to have the house to ourselves.

I’m looking for someone responsible, considerate, clean, and financially stable who wants a comfortable, peaceful place to live. I’m friendly and social, but I also really value having my own space and would love someone who feels the same.

A little about me: I’m a single, sociable woman who works in San Francisco Thursday–Monday from 10–7. I’m definitely a night owl, but I’m quiet and respectful of other people’s space and schedules. I’m clean, considerate, and pretty easygoing. I spend a lot of time out with friends and usually go out a few nights a week, but I also really enjoy having cozy nights at home.

I have a cat 🐈, he has never lived with other animals so he needs to be the only pet in the house. Must love cats and animals! One of my favorite things about the house is that I feed the crows from my backyard 🐦‍⬛. I’m pansexual and friendly, and I’m looking for someone who is open-minded and comfortable living with someone who aligns with these values!
