Room available in restored old Victorian (built in late 1800's) 4-plex. I work M-F 8-5 at a busy Oakland non-profit that specializes in mental health and I am also a part-time student and take classes online. So on weekday evenings, I'm pretty chill--I usually am studying, going to the gym, or reading in my room with a glass of wine. It's really important to me to have quiet evenings. On the weekends, I like to do a combination of more chilling, sometimes having a baking/cooking project or going out with friends.
This is a good space for one person and one person only. Having friends/family members over occasionally is great but not everyday. I'm also looking for someone who is employed and has a steady source of income.
As far as cleaning, I'm not OCD in the slightest but I'm also not into living with dirty dishes, etc.
I am a spiritual person and like to burn candles and incense. I like having alone time but I've also been lucky enough with past roommates where we've been able to watch Netflix and hang out.
