Spacious corner bedroom with a large walk-in closet in a 2 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment in Southwest Berkeley. Bathroom shared between the two of us. Washer and dryer in unit. Rent includes water and garbage. Utilities/Internet run about $85 per month. Apartment is in a quiet, residential area and is close to the 72, 36 bus lines and the highway. Free street parking, no residential permit needed. Old roommate will be taking a majority of the living room furniture so if you have furniture that’s great! Otherwise I will be purchasing furniture(so it will be different from what is pictured). I’m looking for someone who will be clean, courteous, and respectful of the shared spaces. May consider courteous pets.

I’m a (31F) state worker who has been living here in Berkeley for 9 years. I’m an artist and writer in my free time and also love playing video games and walking in nature. I tend to keep to myself mostly but am looking for someone I can get along and be friendly with. I do my best to keep a quiet and tidy home.
