We are renting 1 bedrooms and 1 newly remodeled bathroom in our 4-BR house + 2 1/2 bath total. You will be sharing the house with the owners (couple). We're both highly creative people in the entertainment industry. We have 1 small Blue Merle Pomeranian. We love to cook, watch movies, listen to music, dance and are super chill. Kitchen remodeled in 2018, hardwood floors and carpet were installed in 2022. Laundry on site. We would split the PG&E, EBMUD, and Garbage/Recycling. Wi-Fi/DirecTV included in rent. Free street parking. We're located within walking distance of the 4th Street stores/restaurants/cafes in Berkeley. Walking distance to North Berkeley BART.
