The available room is next to a newly remodeled private bathroom with a brand-new shower. The downstairs space includes shared access to the kitchen and living room — ideal for someone who enjoys a homey, communal vibe.

The homeowner is a cybersecurity developer in his early 30s with a passion for outdoor sports, gaming, and cooking (especially grilling!).
