This furnished room at Dwight House comes with 2 beds - one full-sized bed and one twin bed, study desks, a dresser, closet, side table and other essentials. The monthly rate is per room.

Shared rooms are also available.

The Dwight House is 5 blocks from Downtown Berkeley Bart & 4 blocks from UC Berkeley and walking distance to restaurants, stores, & theatres. Available for the Fall, Spring & Summer semesters, coliving and coworking spaces are shared w/ bi-weekly cleaning.

This apartment is ideal for UC Berkeley and UC Berkeley Extension students, visiting scholars, interns, scientists, researchers, professors, and working professionals. We are looking for responsible individuals to rent fully furnished units for a full year, academic year, or even with semester based leases.

We handle all apartment amenities, kitchen and bathroom essentials and more! All you need to bring with you are your personal items, and we will handle the rest.

Your roommates will be students and interns, and the occasional academic from the University.
