Fully-Furnished Modern Spacious Single Bedroom

Hi! I am not going to be in Berkeley for the summer and would love for a female-identifying student to lease my bedroom this June to end of July. I am on the corner of Dwight and College (a super close 5 min walk to campus) in a quiet area with a beautiful view! Strada, the coffee shop, is a really close walk for early-morning coffee/pastry runs but Telegraph is nearby as well for lunch or dinner.

The apartment is fully-furnished with all new appliances (it was built summer 2025) and a balcony where you can see sunsets and the Golden Gate Bridge, as well as just hang out during dinner and enjoy the view. Our in-unit laundry is great and hard to find in Berkeley too!

The bedroom window actually faces the same way as the balcony so lots of sunlight (and a breeze) can come in!

My bedroom is quite spacious (109 sqft) and includes a large dresser/closet, desk, and full-sized bed with a new mattress. There is a ton of storage space for clothes and/or suitcases!

My roommates are both female and are super clean. One will not be here for most of the summer and the other will be here for occasional summer classes but they share a room across the apartment so noise from either room is very minimal (if at all). Our fridge is full-sized too so there is lots of space for groceries. We also asked The Berkeley Group (our leasing company) to exchange the coffee table for a dining table so there is more room for eating with three dining chairs!

Regarding security (as Berkeley can be a bit interesting sometimes lol), The Berkeley Group has taken that very seriously. We have a special entry to the apartment accessed only by your phone (no chance of losing keys or needing to carry them on a run/going out with friends), and our unit itself is only accessed with a key code.

If you happen to want to lock your bedroom door, there is a key pad for that too! The code is different from our front door and other bedroom.
