Hi! Our current roommate is moving abroad, so we're looking for someone to fill her spot in a double room (12 month lease, starting June 2025). Our apartment is a 2-bedroom on Southside, right near Unit 2. My housemate and I are both sophomore women who are very neat and pretty quiet. Our apartment is on the third floor, has really nice natural light, wood floors, and a large living room. 744 square feet total. Very safe complex with gated entry. Also has an Amazon locker and laundry room. Rent for the double is $1,127 per month. Please reach out if you're interested!
