Private equipped room near Ashby with Gym Included

We’re a group of recent UC Berkeley grads living in a spacious house near Ashby, and I’ll be moving out at the end of September, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room starting October 1.

5 minutes walk from BART, 20 min from UC Berkeley Campus

The room is private, bright, and around 140 sq ft. Rent is $1,500/month with utilities included, which also includes electricity, water, internet, and access to a very well-equipped private gym right next to the house. The gym is a real highlight of the place and makes it easy to work out without needing a separate membership.

The house has a comfortable shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: microwave, oven, grill, coffee machine, blender, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and plenty of storage and cooking space.

You’d be living with two recent UC Berkeley grads who are very friendly, social, easygoing, and enjoy going out, meeting people, and doing things around the Bay Area, while also keeping the house respectful.

Washer and dryer are also included in the house.

We’re looking for someone clean, friendly, and easy to live with. Ideally another student or young professional. The landlord will need to review and approve the replacement tenant before move-in.
