Hello!

We are a lovely community with two houses and an epic backyard just 2 blocks from Ashby Bart in South Berkeley.

In the community there are currently a total of 10 adults and 2 teens.

This home, where the room is open, currently has 4 adults, ages 28 to 40. One of those amazingly kind and silly individuals will be traveling for the summer and is looking to sublet his room!

The room is available May 26th through end of July, with some possibility of extending based on his travels.

We are a really kind and fun bunch, and are very welcoming. Looking for someone who ideally will cook and hang with us in the kitchen from time to time and cleans up after themselves.

Bathroom is shared with one other person.

The room is furnished, with king sized bed, two dressers and desk, etc. Stuff on walls, desks, shelves can all be moved. Big walk in closet. Washer/Dryer in the house.
