In addition to your wing:
-shared (with me) living room with kitchen and brick wood burning hearth, dining area, TV with roku and streaming services
-shared (with me) backyard with outdoor dining area, recliners, four point hammock, barbeque, garden statues, flowering bushes, and incredible view over the preserve to Mount Diablo with not a single manmade structure in sight (except the tower on Mt Diablo)
-space to create your own garden

I also have my own private bedroom and private living room in addition to your private areas and the shared kitchen/liv room.

-you don’t like dogs - my lovable, highly trained Shepsky Sunny will share the common areas with us and probably ask you for affection. You have the option to prohibit him from your wing by closing the connecting door or leave the door open and enjoy the cuddles.

I currently have cleaners every 2 weeks for $130/visit that clean the entire home. You are welcome to split this with me to have your wing cleaned or just pay a smaller portion to cover the shared kitchen/living room. FYI I require that the cleaners use only hormone friendly cleaning products that I provide for the common spaces and my spaces but if you have other products you want to be used in your spaces that’s fine.
