Seeking a long-term housemate (1-year minimum) to share a spacious 3-bedroom home in the Oakland Hills, just 5 minutes from the 580 freeway and beautiful redwood hiking trails.

The house is safe, calm, and close to nature, offering a peaceful, low-drama environment for someone looking for a true home.

Ren: $2,450/month includes utilities (WM, Water, WiFi, Alarm system) PG&E charged separately.

You’ll have a private bedroom with a large private bathroom and plenty of space to feel comfortable and settled. The following amenities are included: parking on driveway or garage, garage storage area, high-speed internet, home security system and video surveillance. The home includes front patio, two decks, a fireplace, large windows with natural light, a spacious full kitchen, laundry area, full appliances, and a thermostat for comfort. Amenities included provide a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable living environment. A shared office is available for an additional fee if desired.

This is a friendly yet independent household that values cleanliness, open communication, and mutual respect.

The home is shared with one resident cat—no pet care required, but kindness, calm energy, and respect for his safety and boundaries are a must. No additional pets, no smoking and no strong scents or harsh chemicals due to allergies.

I’m looking for a professional woman with stable income who is friendly, considerate, responsible, and seeking a long-term stay. Rent must be paid on time and shared spaces kept clean. Guests are welcome occasionally, but this is not a frequent-host home; overnight guests are limited and discussed in advance.

I appreciate a calm, respectful, and functional home where entire does their part, values predictably in shared spaces, and treats each other with care.

I have a good, trusting relationship with the landlord, who is attentive and responsive to anything the house needs.
