House is an 8-minute drive to Bay Fair BART and 6-minute drive to the Bay Trail.

Kitchen has dishwasher, gas stove. On site laundry. Backyard with patio and a lemon tree.

I am seeking a female housemate to share in renting this 3-bedroom house with me. You would have full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom, as well as storage space in the garage. I am not planning to rent to a third person, so you would only be sharing the bathroom with me.

Rent: $1000/month for unfurnished room, OR $1100/month for furnished room — for 6 month lease or more. Rent would increase slightly for a shorter lease.

Shared utilities and WiFi (usually $100-150 per person each month, depending on the season).

A house-trained pet may be welcome. I do not have a pet.

Move in sometime after October 4.

A bit about me:
I work full time, and I am studying part time in a master’s program. I like getting to know my housemate and also having time alone. I am clean and considerate. I enjoy hiking, swimming, reading, cycling, snow shoeing, and a bit of karaoke every now and then.
