This apartment is located close to downtown San Leandro and is also close to Bayfair shopping center and theater.
-1.8 mile (20 minute walk/5 min drive) to San Leandro Bart Station
Open parking lot+street parking available
Qualification Requirements:
Good credit, clean rental history, must pass background check ($35 application fee)
Must be able to pay first month + pro-rated July Rent rent upon moving in Which totals $1680. Rent moving forward is $1302
About You:
I want to live with someone who is responsible, clean and considerate.
About the room:
Large bedroom with large his/her closet. Can comfortably fit a full/queen bed, desk, nightstand and dresser/tv stand.
About Myself:
I am a woman in my mid 20?s working full time in tech. I enjoy cooking, dancing and traveling. I am neat and keep quite busy between an active work and social life.
