Looking for a Chill roommate

I have a 2 bedroom apartment in the foothills of Oakland. It's beautiful here. Gated community, off street parking, laundry in building. 6 month lease. We can extend if we're all happy. I'm an older woman and my roommate is a sweet kind young man. We've shared this apartment for a couple of years. We both keep to ourselves. He has his door closed mostly, and is as quiet as a mouse. I write books, so yeah I'm quiet too. I have a huge living room and created a bedroom in there. I used solid panels for walls, and most of the sliding glass door will be in this room.
