Hello!

My name is Jason, and I live in the Redwood Heights neighborhood in Oakland—just a few blocks from Safeway on Redwood Rd, near Planet Fitness and Farmer Joe’s.

I’m a 32-year-old professional working from home for an ASL interpretation agency, and I also bartend/serve a couple days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, hiking, cooking, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

I’ve been in this apartment since 2017—it’s a great, well-kept space with lots of natural light. Your room gets beautiful morning sunlight, and the living area stays bright throughout the day. You’ll also have your own private bathroom. The Bedroom has just gotten new floors along with fresh paint on the walls just a week ago.

I’m looking for a roommate who is:

Clean and respectful
Quiet and not into partying at home
Friendly but independent
Comfortable sharing common spaces

This is a calm, low-key home—definitely more of a sanctuary than a party house. It would be a great fit for a working professional or travel nurse.
