Room Description: Spacious private bedroom available for long-term rental in our 2000+ sq. ft. two-story three bedroom, two-bath, upper floor industrial loft. The common spaces are fully furnished (with furniture mostly from West Elm and Anthropologie). Bedroom is unfurnished.

Preferred Lease Duration: 12 months
Preferred Lease Start Date: March 22, 2025

Rent: $1800/ Month

Utilities: Electricity and internet bill to be split equally between the 3 roommates (~$50-80 per person)

Security Deposit: $1800 (1 Month's Rent)

Roommates: You will be sharing the condominium with two other roommates (each roommate has their own private bedroom). The roommates are all working professionals in the bay area and are friendly and social. We are looking for someone who is a good fit for the current roommates, ideally someone who is social but also values cleanliness and is mindful of the privacy of others.
