I’m a barista at a coffee shop by Lake Merritt! I really like horror movies and colorful things and everything cute. I’m like if your older brother and your mom morphed into one and turned into hello kitty.
I also love reading—come hang out with me if you're ever bored; my book collection’s over 100 strong. I tend to keep to myself, but I enjoy hanging out and getting to know the people I live with. I’m all about creating a home vibe, not just renting a room.

I’m a vegan, queer, alternative artist who’s poly and very fashionable . I’m all about being open, kind, and non-judgmental, and I love keeping things organized. Me and a label maker are in a romantic relationship. I’m very giving (I shower people with little treats) and enjoy spending time with my roommates, but I also love my alone time. Like Nic I also love horror! So I’m always down to watch a movie or go to movies together (the theater is a few blocks away!!!) For me, this house is more than just a place to live—it’s a home, and I want you to feel the same.

We’re in a prime spot with easy access to everything you need—just a short walk to BART, tons of restaurants, and the ferry to SF. We can not stress enough how it feels like we’re a 10 min walk from just about everything. It's super quiet here too, even though we’re close to transit and the freeway, not much foot traffic.

Here’s the deal:
* 1-year lease minimum
* Rent and utilities: 1100
* We’re looking for a clean, responsible person who is drama-free
* References preferred
* No pets, sorry!
* We’re prioritizing long-term renters and especially queer or POC folks.
About you: You’re probably around 25-35, social, laid-back, and cool with a smoking-friendly environment.

Just FYI, Oakland Secret blasts music Thursday-Sunday, so you gotta be cool with a little noise.
