The house: 3br/2ba house, only 2 are used as bedrooms and the third is shared bonus room. Huge living room. Additional furniture can be provided, if needed, like nightstand, bookshelves, etc.

Kitchen: Washer/dryer, gas stove, fridge, air fryer, microwave, stand mixer, lots of cabinet storage, no dishwasher. Huge living room/dining room.

Location: Very accessible to downtown Oakland by 580 freeway, as well as Fruitvale Bart via 14 bus, and transbay bus to SF up High street on Macarthur Blvd.

Available rooms: Option to switch rooms for bigger, brighter room
Bedroom 1: 11x11ft quick access middle of house next to kitchen/living room, small closet
Bedroom 2: 11x12ft sunlit, back of house, larger closet (currently houses a rickety gym set/stored items)

Roommate: Mid 60s SWM, health-conscious. He lives in the master bedroom with attached bathroom (not pictured). Currently occupies 2 parking spaces (negotiable). Enjoys playing pool and viewing comedies, repairing watches, collects many things, especially clown/circus stuff.

Monthly rent cost: 1 new tenant $1410 plus some utilities. (2 new tenants $940 each roommate, if you have someone you want to join you.) Not all rooms need to be filled to start lease!

Term: I'm looking for someone to take on my half of the lease. Lease with current tenant would begin on or before 5/21/25 and end on 12/20/25, with the option to continue month to month after.

Utilities: Water, Waste Management is paid by the Owner. Shared utilities are Heat/Electricity (new PG&E acct must be created to keep lights on), DirectTV for all your entertainment needs, Comcast Xfinity Internet.
