Utilities included: WiFi, water, PG&E, and garbage (be mindful recycling and composting).

No smoking. Street Parking. Front yard access. Kitchen access.

Must be clean and respectful. Single occupancy is preferred.

We will be doing a background check. We have a small child and take his safety seriously.

Walkable places: San Leandro BART (20 min), park (7 min), closest grocery (sprouts) & coffee shop (Philz) about (20 min), fast food/restraunts and downtown San Leandro (20-25 min).

Must be ok with cats. Our dogs stay in the back yard. We can’t accept any other pets.

Laundry on site: must use fragrance free products due to family allergies. Cleaning products also must be fragrance free and non toxic. No air fresheners, fragrance candles, Lysol or aerosol product sprays. No perfumes or colognes sprayed in house. Essential oils are ok.

Who you’d live with: We are a young family consisting of: myself, my husband, mother in law and my active toddler.

We are down to earth people and live an active lifestyle.

This may not be a good fit for someone that needs to sleep during the day or someone that needs complete silence.

My child is up by 8 am and is usually put to sleep by 10. I work mostly from home. We are in an out at different times of the day, my job does not have a set schedule, but I am usually done by 5. I enjoy to cook and do home projects. We do deep house cleaning usually on Sundays.

We enjoy movies, outdoor activities, car shows and music.
