Our beautiful spacious home shared by all grad students is located just across the street half a block away from the University on the safe and quiet north side neighborhood. There are 8 private bedrooms, but only one of the bedrooms are available for rent 2/1/26. There are three bathrooms, two kitchens, completely furnished and equipped, two living rooms for study, watching movies with movie projector, and games and a rooftop deck overlooking the Bay. The washer/dryer is free and storage room for bikes. Ceilings are tall Mediterranean style.

Within a couple blocks we are surrounded by international restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, banks, supermarkets, cheese, retail shops. Pubic transportation is 1-2 blocks away. The Berkeley Central bart station is a 15 min walk away.
