Hi there! We are looking for a like-minded roommate to join our warm, peaceful apartment home in September or October . We’re a tidy, respectful bunch who value a safe, harmonious space, and we’d love to welcome another kind soul to share it with us! Rent is $625/month, all utilities included—such a steal for this area! Discounts possible for commuters or those who pitch in with light cleaning or dishes.
Room Details: You’ll get a uniquely cozy, furnished, curtained space with a custom platform bed, mattress, bedding, WiFi, TV, fan, bedside cabinet, and a small closet (that can also be used as a door). Extra storage is available just up the street for bigger stuff.
Our Home: We’re a small group of busy easy going, and independent people, 20s-40s, including 3 full-timers and a few commuters who are rarely around. It’s a calm, friendly vibe—no smoking, vaping, pets, couples, heavy drinking, bad hygiene, or drama. We’re considerate and keep things relaxed and respectful. Flexible move-in terms.

• Well-equipped kitchen for occasional shared use
• 2 regularly maintained bathrooms
• Super cool giant 120” home theater with surround sound (used some evenings until 10-11 maybe 12 on weekends occasionally)
• Beautiful pool to unwind
• Awesome location near the bay, marina, parks, trails, Kaiser Hospital, Oakland Airport, and spots like Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, and yummy restaurants (Taco Tuesday, anyone? 😊)
Perfect For: A commuter with primary home, busy professional or student, (like nurses, hairstylists, or shift workers) who need a safe, quiet spot to rest and recharge. Not ideal if you’ll be home a lot or like to elaborately cook daily.
