We have a humble, healthy, happy apartment home with some beautiful humans😌😊

We’re looking for another beautiful human to move-in March, April or May. We have created a *humble* little space furnished with custom platform bed, new mattress and bedding, WiFi, TV, fan, bedside cabinet, and a small closet for your clothes etc. Simple minimalistic setup. Additional storage space available conveniently just up the street for your big stuff.

Rent and all utilities included for 725 month (1/2 price for this area.) No other worries. Very relaxed here, normal nice homey safe family-ish vibe! Perfect place to save some money. Big discount potentially available for limited use commuters

Great for a busy commuter, or anyone that mostly needs a safe quiet space to sleep or chill, change, shower and grab a bite on the way to work or fun.

Great location walking distance to the bay, marina, parks and trails.

Great roommates and best weather ever.

2 bathrooms regularly cleaned, all shared spaces generally kept fairly clean and tidy.

HUGE Premium 120” home theater with 5.5 surround sound 🤯 We watch some evenings until 10-11, and some weekends maybe a bit later. We try to be considerate of everyone’s needs 👍

Not a party spot but super friendly, happy good home vibes. Excessively safe, sane and stable healthy roommates, 20’s-40’s. 3 busy full timers you won’t see much, and a few more that are here even less. All pretty busy. Easy going. No raised voices. No need. Life is good. 😌🙏
