My roommate is moving out so I am looking for somebody to take her place in our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Available to for move-in on July 1st<3

We are in the beautiful neighborhood of Temescal, a ten minute walk away from MacArthur Bart station. Our building is in a mostly residential area conveniently located between Broadway, College, and Piedmont avenue.

About me:
•23 year old (she/they) recent graduate now working in Early Education
•Loves cooking, baking, biking, hiking, film, reading, plants, thrifting, and cats
•Introverted Virgo sun who wants an open and communicative relationship with roomie, but also needs a lot of alone time
•Appreciates a quiet, clean, and organized space
•Non-smoker and occasional social drinker

Looking for:
•Queer and/or non- male identifying person
•Someone who is introverted and also appreciates time alone
•Someone who doesn’t require too much storage space as it is limited and much of my furniture will still be here
•Someone also interested in working to make our home a safe space
•Similar interests and co-living expectations (cleanliness, quiet hours, chores, having guests etc.)

Pets are very welcome and laundry is on site (coin operated). The apartment has many of the original antique finishes like built-in breakfast nook and clawfoot tub! Also includes access to a shared porch and gated outdoor space.

Total rent is 2,495$. Your portion would be 1320$ as the open bedroom is bigger than mine (and has a bigger closet) Yearly leasing term.
