The entire place is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath and 2000 sqft with a good sized yard and garage. Rent is month by month but long term renters are preferred. All utilities included like water, gas, electricity, garbage, and gigabit internet. Laundry room with washer/dryer and a massive kitchen with modern appliances. House has a guest room for visitors, comfortable furnished living and dining room areas, storage in the garage, driveway and street parking, and the opportunity to garden if you're interested.

You would share the house with two respectful, clean roommates. We're both guys in our 30's with no pets who are looking to share the place with quality people.
