I'm a substitute teacher, and independent digital and mixed media artist from the Bay area and in my late 20s. I’m non-binary and queer and would be happy to live with others who are too, though all are welcome to apply. I’m looking to live with people who are easygoing, comfortable sharing spaces, habitually embracing towards (organized) chaos, and who don’t call the cops.

The available room has two windows and a closet for $875 per month (110 sq ft). It has a lot of light and is perfect for plants and just off the kitchen in the back of the apartment.

There is also laundry on site! The apartment is mostly furnished but a cozy couch and/or an island for the kitchen are welcome as are decorations. Sadly no fur babies allowed 🙁.

The security deposit is: $865/room and utilities average approximately $75/month per person and include water (every other month), gas, electricity, and internet. Trash is paid for by SMC, the property management company.
