Hello all! I have a very sweet and beautiful home and am looking for a housemate. I’m a visual artist (painter) and energy healer and I also volunteer at Creative Growth art studio for folks with developmental disabilities. I go to nature often to ground and am so fortunate that Redwood Regional Park is just 15 mins away and Crown Beach in Alameda, 10 mins away. I’m compassionate, am from the Midwest so communicate honestly. I’m looking for a kind hearted, responsible person with a good sense of humor. I like to cook, hoping to get back into batch cooking. The backyard is big and if you are into gardening, you are so welcome to plant your garden. I’ve grown lots of veggies with great success! The house has original hardwood floors, original working fireplace, nice views. Separate living and dining room. Yes, there is a dishwasher. Laundry room is right off the kitchen. Parking is easy- 99% of the time you can park directly in front of the house. I pay for wi fi and we split the other bills. I have one extremely mellow and sweet cat named Sage.
