This charming home in the San Leandro Marina is looking for our forth roommate.

Currently we live 3 people onsite.
All of us have full time jobs and are clean, neat, respectful, and conscious of each other and make it work quite well.

We all stay busy during the day so at times we get to share meals and have conversations.

This is a no gender preference home. But definelty preffer cool social people.

The room is furnished with a bed and bookshelves.

The kitchen is fully equipped

We have washers and dryers

We have a gym

Plenty of parking

Everyone helps clean and maintained the general areas cleaned on a daily basis
