- Neighborhood is actually called Longfellow, and it's very close to Emeryville (Home Depot, IKEA, HWY 80) and also close to MacArthur Bart & Temescal District which has several restaurants, cafes and a few bars.
- Bonus for commuters: House is easily accessible to the 80, Bay Bridge, 24, 980/880 and 580
- Duplex house is on a quite residential street with plenty of parking. Unit also has one parking spot which we all share.

The Room:
- Hardwood floors, clean walls, closet space, small area/hallway in between bedroom and bathroom, bathroom has built in shelves.

The House:

- 4 bedroom flat in a 2 unit house. The unit is on the bottom floor, and there are three roommates in the flat above.

- Spacious kitchen with multiple counters and shelves for kitchen and pantry items.
