1 Bedroom Available in House- Great Housemates

We live in a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a housemate and a dog. We are looking for a third housemate. Although we are both vegan, we are open to living with non-vegans.

We both have lived in cooperative spaces most of our adult life. We love gardening. I have a passion for trees and my housemate has a passion for succulents. We love spending a lot of time in the kitchen and we like to host our friends and family in the common spaces. We have a shared calendar and we are good communicators. We also like to eat shared meals together and go on hikes. We are both really busy, but make sure to make time for one another.

We are looking for an individual or a couple to share our house with. Rent would be $950 for one person and $1,300 for a couple plus split utilities.

The room is available but we are looking for the right fit. The terms would be 6 months or 12 months. The room is unfurnished, 12x12, and the bathroom is shared. The common spaces include the kitchen/dining room, living room, backyard, and garage. We have a washer and dryer in the house and a bunch of fruit trees :).
