11 month lease. Beautiful second story 3-bedroom apartment. Near Lawrence Livermore Lab. Bedroom 10x10 w/ closet. Shared bathroom. One roommate has a pug. No cats due to allergies. Other pets may be discussed, as long as friendly (additional $50 monthly rent, we are resigning a lease so deposit may be needed.) Utilities for PG&E, internet, and water, sewer, and trash not included as it varies month to month: usually around $60-$90 total. We work full time and early mornings, so noise will need to be kept under control at night. We do keep things clean, our general rule is just clean up after yourself. We will be doing a background check, including credit check before signing lease.
