Rooms for rent in Laurel District, Oakland

Hello! We are looking for roommates! We would like to rent out two of the bedrooms in the house that share the living space, kitchen and bathroom. The four bedroom house is located in Laurel District/Redwood heights neighborhood. There is a spacious living room and kitchen, onsite laundry, parking is easily found.

Rooms:

$1300 Front of the house room, the entire room is hardwood floors, fits up to a king sized bed, and has a closet.

$1300 Middle room, also made up of hardwood floors, fits up to a king size bed, and has a closet.

We are a family, father (63) and daughter (31); mom comes to visit several times a year, we also have a small maltipoo dog that is 13 years old. She is very active and loving, keeps everybody company, and enjoys walks. Unfortunately since we already have one dog at the house we cannot allow any other pets. The house is close in proximity to several hiking trails, great views, and great food. No smoking in the house.
