The flat has a very spacious living room, sunny large dining area, and fully functional kitchen with loads of cabinet space.

The bedroom gets great light with two windows, one facing the garden and has one closet plus you'd get a full hallway closet.

Other features of the home include laundry in unit, shelving and built-ins throughout, hardwood floors, non-toxic paint, bike rack, a well-tended garden enclave, and a working fireplace.

Off street parking is available at additional fee.
The landlords live nearby. They're very sweet and responsive to any needs that arise.
The home is beautiful and we can't overstate how great the location is. We're truly in the heart of it all.

Arohi (33) and Euny (37)
Arohi works 9-5 for Cal, is a yoga teacher and artist.
Euny is a yoga teacher and ceramicist.
We both work about 50/50 at home and outside.

Together we are sweet, very chill, and have an amiable vibe. We care about having a peaceful, harmonious energy in the home. We like to keep the home clean and would work with the new roommate to establish shared systems and norms for everyone's comfort.
Also the bedrooms are down a hall from the living spaces so it really accommodates three people well.
