There is plenty of parking available and the 7 bus stop that runs from El Cerrito to Emeryville is within a minute's walk from the house. There is a backyard and a balcony with amazing views of San Francisco and the bay. You would have your own small kitchen and share a large kitchen with the rest of the house. There are new laundry machines in the house that are also shared. The space is perfect for a UC Berkeley student or professional who wants privacy and seclusion as well as convenience.
