Central location while also quiet street with many big single family houses around.
Shared responsibility of all occupants to clean house and common areas and provide cleaning and house supplies.
Affordable co-living house.
You will be given a key to your room to lock and you have shared access to all common areas.
Current occupant moving out end of the month. Available for July 1st, 2026 move in.
This is in a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath main house. There is one bedroom on the first floor. And 4 bedrooms on the second floor.
This house is co-ed. Each bedroom is intended for usually 1-2 people (usually is a single person, couple or 2 family members). Occupants are normally working professionals in their 20's to 50's. Since everyone has a flexible room agreement term, the people living here changes over time.
The main requirement to live here is to be respectful, clean, open to living among other people, be able to pay your amounts on time, and want to live here. There is plenty of space and you can have your private space in your room.
You can have guests over. Just be respectful. You will not be micro managed (though if there are complaints, it will be addressed and talked about). The house is more intended though for shared living space.
It's like a small apartment complex within the unit where everyone has a key to their door to lock their door and their room is their private space.
Could be for someone who may want to have their own place. However, they realize it is so expensive in this area (both the monthly cost, one month's deposit amount, and paying for utilities all on your own) or they may not qualify with strict rent guidelines. And they see that it might be better to rent a room to keep their living costs down, still live in this area, and be willing to live with other people and deal with some irritations that may possibly come as a result (as is common when people are living around each other). However, overall, given the pros and cons, it makes sense.
Everyone is month to month and has the option to move out the same day and receive back a prorated amount. This gives everyone the peace of mind (just in case they don't like living here or have an issue with someone) that they are not locked in.
Open to people on shorter stays like 1-2 months.
$1,300 a month
$500 refundable deposit
Extra monthly charge for utility share of WiFi, water, gas, electric and garbage. Last month was $77.96 per person. Can vary obviously based on utility usage and amount of people sharing. This is to spread the costs so it is more reasonable per person and to keep people accountable and incentivized not to abuse utilities and turn off the lights, not over use water, air conditioning, heater, etc.
If you are interested, please start your response to me with "I think this house is a fit for me, I am a fit as well, and I would like to speak further about possibly moving in at this time." So I know you have read this post and understand.
