Hello, I have a bedroom in a house in south Hayward available for rent starting June 1st. There are three bedrooms in the house in total – the other tenants have not been chosen yet, but you could help choose them. (I am the NON-resident landlord.) If you know someone you'd like to live with, please have them contact me as well.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood off Tennyson Road, just an 10 minute walk to the South Hayward Bart station (which is then only 35 minutes into San Francisco) and a 5 minute drive to the 880 freeway. You have complete access to house, freedom to invite guests over, cook, use the washer/dryer, have your input in how to arrange the living room, etc. More details:

* Spacious room, 14' x 10', with PRIVATE bathroom, and large closet
* Either furnished or unfurnished (see photos)
* Newly painted walls, newly refinished hardwood floors
* Two other housemates, for three total in the house (others have not been chosen yet; you can help choose them)
* Washer & dryer
* 10-minute walk to Bart
* Large back yard, good for BBQs etc.
* Access to entire house (except garage)
* Utilities and wifi expenses are split among housemates
* Move-in date: June 1
* Deposit: 2x rent
* Lease duration: 6-months, but may be open to month-to-month
* Rent paid electronically (through Zelle, etc.)
* Looking for someone with good credit, who is responsible, clean and tidy, etc.
