Master Bedroom in 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment available! Located next to Hayward BART station and downtown Hayward. Walk in closet, and private bathroom inside room. Rooms on opposite sides of the apartment. Apartment is fully furnished and comes with decorated balcony and stocked kitchen. This is a pet friendly home. There is currently one dog, she is 8 years old, well socialized, and fixed. In unit Washer and dryer also available. Walking distance (5 min) to downtown Hayward, as well as easy access to 880, 580, and Hayward-San Mateo Bridge.

Base rent is 1383, utilities are split evenly usually $100-$150/month/person. WiFi and electric are also split, normally $33 and $75-$150/month/person respectively.


About the Roomie (Me!)

Hey!

I am a 26 year old female originally from Atlanta, GA. I moved here almost 3 years ago to pursue a career in tech. I work in Redwood City 2 days a week, on a hybrid schedule and work from home the remaining days of the week. Im super chill and am a people person. I alternate between being a social butterfly and an introvert pretty regularly. I travel semi-regularly and have a rotation of dog sitters who alternate between in house boarding and out of house boarding.

This house is cannabis and pet friendly as I am a cannabis user. Flower must be smoked outside on the balcony, e-pens and other odorless products are okay indoors.
