Room for rent! $750

I have one room for rent in Hayward for $750. The room is located in the rear of the house on the upstairs level. It is a pretty big room with a big closet. Bathroom is shared with roommates. We are looking for ONE quiet tenant, Please don't contact us asking to accommodate more than one person. The room is good for a student or an older adult as we are all pretty quiet and don't spend much time at home. Drugs and SEVERE drinking will NOT be tolerated but smoking cigarettes is ok as long as its done out in the front yard and you pick up after yourself. NO PETS of any kind will be allowed as we have two dogs outback and there is NO overnight guests. The kitchen is also made available for full use, as long as you clean up after yourself and there is no laundry use on site. First and last month's rent required. $1,500 total move in cost. The room is a 10 minute walk from the bus. 5 minute drive from Target, Walgreens, Mi Pueblo, Panera etc and is about a 10-15 minute drive from Bart, Luckys, Chabot College and Cal State East Bay.
