Huge master bedroom w/parking spot

Outside of house

Located in Lake Merritt/Downtown Oakland, about 5 minutes form the lake and 15 minutes to 19th St Bart, plenty of amenities and stores around.

House is huge, part of a duplex (I think is the right word), house is split down the middle with a front and back unit on each side, front door is up a set of stairs but we are not on top of the bottom neighbors so feel free to stomp around. All of the house is common space, downstairs is an open floor plan with modest sized kitchen, a dining table area a big living room and half bathroom. Upstairs is a full bathroom, washer/dryer unit, and all 3 rooms. We have a tiny backyard space but it's not the best, overall the house could use some loving but me and the other house mate are set on staying for awhile so we've been improving as we can.

House is occupied by 2 guys 31 and 33 2 well behaved dogs, Both of us are progressive voters, friendly, overall really chill and we get along great, he manages at a bar, and I'm in school/working.

We have all taken precautions during covid about going out and houseguest and consider it a very serious matter.

Couples considered w/rent adjustment agreement.
