We are looking for a female roommate to share a bright and spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Oakland, very close to Lake Merritt.

The apartment gets great natural light and is very private (no neighbors above or on the sides). It has a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and two outdoor spaces, including a large terrace with skyline views.

The room is fully furnished (bed, nightstand, storage, TV) and has its own bathroom, making it very comfortable and private.

Rent is $1350/month and includes all utilities: internet, electricity, water, and professional cleaning every other week.

You’ll be living with two female roommates in a clean, respectful, and easygoing home. This is not a party house. We also have two friendly cats, so no additional pets.
