About the House
There is a front yard with a bit of a garden as well as a backyard; the property has an unhappy fig, a grapefruit and a lemon tree. House has two flights of stairs. There are no pets and no smoking indoors but we are not a scent-free space.
About Us
Currently in residence are three males and two females (30s/ 40s / 50s)
Among us: Alternative health practitioners, a children’s music teacher and a photographer. Sometimes there’s music quietly enjoyed but hours are kept respectful. Occasionally there have been hosting of meetings or gatherings, which will need to be communicated with the household as a heads up. There’s a lot of everyone following their own schedules so the house is not an intentional co-op environment. Household chores are assigned/chosen by you to help maintain order and cleanliness of the house.
Amenities include shared/communal: pretty well stocked kitchen, 2 refrigerators, dining room, large living room, 2 full baths, on-site washer/dryer in the basement level, street and driveway parking, open air garage for storage.
Utilities (divided equally among tenants): WiFi, electricity, water (hot and cold), sundry funds.

We are not a structured community but are kind, helpful and supportive to any member of the household. Any household member can request a house meeting for any reason deemed of importance and we arrange time to discuss the topic at hand.
If you are interested it would be helpful to write a little blurb about yourself and why this house would be of interest. Group living is a little different than living on your own as each of us want to be conscientious of others in the household. Being respectful of noise when others are sleeping, not leaving personal items in the communal area for extended periods of time, and being flexible to the little things often goes a long way without much effort. Ultimately we would be hoping for someone looking to stay long term i. e. at least a year. Thank you for consideration and time spent reading and hope to hear from you.
