We have a really pretty and cool 2nd floor *1bed/1bath + loft* type situation opening up late Sept. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Washer/dryer on site. Seeking a politically activated individual or couple to join us in North Oakland.

$1550 single/ $1650 couples

Move in can be after Sept 21st but accommodate an Oct 1st/mid oct move in.

About us:

Roomie #1: Fabian (they/them). I’m a 28 year old caregiver for developmentally disabled adults and an organizer with a buncha anti-imperialist orgs while I build my political home. And I’m a working class union steward, yay! So I keep it pretty chill at home! Mostly I want a quiet place to come home to where I can read, pet my cat, and get good sleep. And occasionally host comrades, community, and friends. I’ve been in Oakland since 2018.

Roomie #2: Dasha (they/them). I’m 24 years old, white, ethnically Russian and Uzbeck, and from the Bay. I am involved/organize in a very wide range of communities and spaces, and am always excited to bring new people in! I really enjoy cooking at home, keeping the house cozy and clean and chatting with my housemates and neighbors. I’m learning to play the Berimbau rn so I will probably practice at home a little. I’m starting a new job as a labor organizer at an Amazon warehouse in the Bay so I will be getting home pretty late most days.
